how do I write a good maid of honor speech?

I’m don’t good at writing speechs and now I’m the maid of honor for my best friends wedding and I don’t know where to start or what to write. I’m stuck!
Here are a few Wedding Toast ideas that may be helpful to you when writing your speech:
1) Stories of what the bride used to share with you about the groom when she first met him.
2) Funny story while growing up
3)How you and the bride met and how long you both have known each other
4) Most "appropriately" embarrassing moment you shared with the bride
5) How beautiful the bride and groom look together
6) Talk about a funny habit of the bride that the groom will have to live with 
7) A spiritual statement (if the bride and groom are spiritual people)
Words of advice to both the bride and groom
9) Wishes you have for the newlyweds (e.g., success, happiness, many babies)

Start with something about how you know the bride and how long you’ve been friends. Share a funny story about that if there is a good one. Then talk about when you first met the groom. Say something about them as a couple. Then wish them well and congratulate them. Keep the toast short and sweet. Speak from your heart.
